My hot water heater took a dump today. When I called JB in a panic because I couldn't get the water turned off, even though he was at another job, he said he would finish up and be here in 10 minutes...and he was! A couple of hours later he'd not only done the running in to Charleston and back to purchase the new tank, he also had new shut off valves installed as well as the old tank removed, new tank installed and clean up. Common sense, trustworthy and reliable work. I highly recommend!
